great half and half. love the rust colour. We must go and see it next time we are up that way. My husband worked for Stewarts and Lloyds for almost all his working life in their office and warehouse in Sydney and then in N.T., Queensland and S.A. I also worked there and that is where we met. So the steelworks were a huge part o his life. Thankyou so much for the link. We had a nostalgic drive around there last time we were in Newcastle.

This is beautiful. What a wonderful thing to do, to honor all those people who's lives were entwined with the mills all those years. This is a favorite, for sure.

Nice find- we can relate in this area as two nearby cities (Allentown and Bethlehem) had major steelworks. The area still hasn't fully recovered from their closure. Good shot!
@ethelperry Hi Ethel. I didn't start at the beginning of the month because I wanted to post a photo of my Dad on the 3rd May. So I started after that. I have decided that I am going to aim to do 25 half and half shots and them put them all together in a collage. 5 x 5. Well that's my plan anyway. Hope I can stick to it.
