Here is the second collage of wildflowers taken on Thursday during our wildflower walk with the walking group.
I am going to need therapy taking photos of all these flowers. As you know I don't take flower photos very often.
I haven't had chance to catch up today as we have had a busy day.
It is hard work trying to fit everything in when I have to do all the driving at the moment. David isn't able to drive until he gets the results of his MRI at the end of September, so everywhere he needs to go I have to drive him.
We have been out for lunch today with our U3A photo group and then on a photoshoot following the lunch. It has been a gorgeous Spring day today, so lots of photo opportunities.
Ha ha, you remind of waiting for a bus. You don't see any for ages, then three come at once! Suddenly you are a positive photographic bouquet! Very nicely done.
@golftragic Thanks you kindly Marnie. don't think I will be posting floweres for a while though. Nothing against them, I just never think of photographing them.
@olivetreeann Thanks Ann, the chauffeuring will probably only be for another few weeks. Hopefully David will get the all clear when he sees the specialist for the results of his MRI on the 25 September.
@onewing Nah, me either. About the only time I do think of doing so is when I'm testing out a lens or technique and the garden makes for easy subjects.
@golftragic I was trying out a little Lumix TZ80 point and shoot for a disabled friend of mine. He is in a wheelchair following an accident a few years ago and sometimes finds his DSLR difficult to manage. So another friend loaned me her TZ80 so I could take photos and show them John for him to see how the little camera performed. Both he and I were surprisingly impressed with the capabilities of this little camera. All the photos at Birubi recently and the recent flower photos were taken with the TZ80.
@onewing Thanks Babs, very interesting indeed. I have a little Olympus TG-4 Tough camera, always kept on Auto and it takes remarkably good photos. Just goes to show, doesn't it?
I hope you've recovered from the flower overload.
