Apart from a trip to the tip this morning to get rid of a trailer load of garden waste we have had a very lazy day.
After a very busy week, or even month so far, it was lovely to have a really quiet day. I even had a bit of a Nanna nap this afternoon when I fell asleep reading my book.
I just thought this pelican looked almost as relaxed as I feel this afternoon.

Lovely detail Babs. Nice that you have had time to relax and rewind. The sausages and I set off in the morning to drive to Canberra to see Kat. We will overnight in Dubbo in a dog friendly cabin, a nice little adventure for us :)

Luckily our pelicans are so tame that you are able to get really close to them to take photos. A couple of them don't like you to get too close though and then they just honk at you if you are inside their space.
