Tree Bark Triptych

As many of you know I love photos of tree bark and the patterns on these trees looked so nice.

I took Elizabeth to a music session this afternoon at our community centre and after returning her to the care home I took these photos in bushland next to Regis where she lives.

The weather forecast keep saying we will get rain but none has arrived here yet. It is so dry.

Luckily we have such a variety of trees in our bushland. Whenever I go out with our walking group in bushland I always lag behind because I am usually taking photos of tree bark. The others on the walk are used to me now though.

@dide Yes I love your leaf litter shots, we do tend to get a bit obsessive about our patterns don't we.

@louannwarren I agree music is so soothing for Alzheimer patients and they have a couple of music groups in the care home where Elizabeth lives too and she loves those meetings. I just try to get her out to other events too outside the confines of the home and she does enjoy them.
