Barnacle City

I spotted so many barnacles on the rocks at the beach and this was just a small section of them.

Still in quite a bit of pain with my back, hope it is much better tomorrow because a group of us are going to Sydney for the day to the Apollo ll Exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum.

Take care don't do too much too soon. Where I walk in the winter on the beach many of the rocks are covered like this. Good capture of the barnacles.

This is a great capture. The barnacles are very cool. Have you tried sleeping on a heating pad? The heat sometimes eases the back pan.

Many of you already know I don't give in to pain or slow down either for that matter, but we had a lovely day. My back is really aching tonight and yes Lou Ann I do have a heat pack on it. Luckily the seats on the bus were very comfy, it was just the sitting down and standing up action that caused the trouble. Luckily walking was okay, which was good, because I think I have walked miles around the Powerhouse Museum today.
