I haven't set foot outside today because it has turned really chilly. Only reached 13 degrees c today apparently and we will have rain for the next few days.
This is a photo from last Sunday when the weather was perfect. The Heads are the reason why our horseshoe shaped bay is sheltered. They protect us from the open ocean. Yacaaba is on the left and Tomaree is on the right. I have climbed both but Yacaaba is more difficult. Once through the heads you are out in the ocean proper and just to the right of this picture out through the heads is Fingal Bay.
This photo was taken from Shoal Bay as we were on our way to Fingal Bay to pick up the pumice I photographed a couple of days ago.
What a beautiful scene, I bet the view from the top of the Heads is great too. We are just heading into a mini heatwave so I envy your cooler weather at the moment.
What a beautiful beach scene. You stayed inside because of the chilly weather; we stayed inside because of the heat wave we are in. 32C, higher temperatures tomorrow. Not my kind of weather...
@casablanca A whole bottle of water to get to the top on a hot day ha ha
@robz It was a lovely day but back to winter today
@pattyblue Yes the views are magnificent

@quietpurplehaze 37 degrees would suit me fine, much prefer the heat to the cold.
@golftragic Blooming freezing here too today. I only ventured out for a quick walk on the beach this afternoon.
