Chimneys by onewing

Chimneys

I just loved the way these chimneys stood out against the blue sky and thought I would just keep the sky in colour and the rest in monochrome.

Thanks to everyone who commented on my photos the last couple of days. We are pretty busy at the moment with our photo clubs annual exhibition, so won't get chance to catch up properly until Monday.

@happypat Thanks Pat, this one was relatively easy in Photoshop. there are lots of ways to do selective colouring but what I did with this is using the quick selection tool in Photoshop I selected the blue sky, then clicked on Select/Inverse and then Image/Adjustments/Black and white and turned the building into monochrome.
