I just can't seem to take my macro lens off my camera lately! We went to Sea World yesterday and I came home with a load of flower pics! Funny, not one fish, dolphin, jellyfish, just flowers! I must have been the only one there hiding in the flowerbeds with my camera! :o) I took a shot of these flowers and I thought they looked like fried eggs!
What strange flowers, I can't say I've seen any like that before! I've just ordered some macro extention tubes. Can't wait to get them and have a play!
I'm going to have to take a macro lens lesson from you! This is delicious! I am having such a struggle with my macro -- it's addictive and yet, I am never satisfied. :-(
Fantastic focus and fabulous DOF! An awesome shot, Jerry! I put my macro lens on my camera last December (I didn't even try the kit lens *LOL* ) and it hasn't come off since. It probably never will. 8D

Fav for me! I love flower shots in b&w, and I love the dof on this shot. Crawling around in the flower beds would seem totally appropriate to me, but I guess most would wonder about it!
