Old Point Loma Lighthouse

I love coming out here! This lighthouse is located by the Cabrillo Monument here in San Diego! There is an amazing view from up there! This is a rare shot when you can capture this without a swarm of tourists in your shot! I think everyone was on the cliff watching the sunset!
I hope everyone had an awesome Christmas! I'm just now starting to catch my breath from all the craziness! Time to catch up a little! :)

Love this shot! I love all light houses . . . I was in San Francisco this summer and took pictures of 3 nice lighthouses . . . and have traveled around the great lakes photographing many of them. This is great with the sunset and you are certainly right about getting pictures without people - an ultimate challenge!
