Rising water

About 200 years ago the hill in the distance was an island and a couple of meters below from where we live would have been sea water.

You are looking at the top of our car and the reflection.

I too was sure it was a water reflection, and it still took me way to long to figure it out when I read that it was the roof of the car!! (I was looking for a reflection of a car in the 'water'.. lol)
