This little chap was making a lot of noise for one so small, obviously wanted Mum or Dad. By the look hasn't been out of the nest long as there is still some downy feathers on him and no tail feathers yet. Hope all goes well for the little fella.
Yes it's definitely a baby robin and the reason he looks sad is that his beak is big for his undeveloped little head. They always look like this when they are very young. Nice capture and a Fav
