It was and still is Cold!!!

Sorry for the mass upload and lack of comments but Mr's Ps mum has recently come out of hospital and to say that social services have not been helpful is an understatement. Looks as if we will have to involve all and sundry just to get somebody to help a fine lady of 91. It all seems fine if you can pay but she has very limited funds and we want to keep her in her home as long as we can. Blood boiling, toes curling, green rage coming. Otherwise have a great weekend and lets all appreciate what we have, some are worse of than us.

A beautiful shot! Sorry to hear about problems with social services - we have had similar problems. Persistence (or making a nuisance of yourself) eventually gets results, although it's a very frustrating process!

I'm sorry to hear about your mil's illness. We found when my husband's grandmother was in the same situation that you have to know your rights and insist on them, because the authorities will never tell you what help you are entitled to. CAB were very helpful.
