After the Kingfisher I decided to check on my Barn Owl field as I need to check the light details. Obviously at about 4.00 no Barn Owls but I walked through into another field and this Kestrel was sitting in a tree just watching me. This was the first of probably 4 or 5 Kestrels I saw hunting in the field. Taken on the 26th but used another day for the shot.
