Male chases female out of nest

The lady had been calling for him to leave the nest for a while. Probably had feet up, chilling whilst on child duty. Anyway she decided enough was enough, he had other ideas!!
Before anyone jumps on Section 1, this was taken at a registered hide and taken with an 800mm plus 1.4 ext.
Wow this is stunning! Instant Fav. I wish I had some kingfisher images to put up but the blessed tractor that ran all over the top of the bank has frightened them away! Grass cutting is not supposed to be done until August when the kingfishers have finished nesting and the landowner has phoned Environmental Services to complain but that doesn't make up for the fact that the birds have been frightened away. I am so angry about it
