Spent most of the day at the dentist office, getting a tooth worked on. My dentist is in Portland, Maine. The Weather is bad today, I did get a few pictures of Hurricane Sandy as she started crashing in on the beach at Portland Head Lights this morning. The winds were very strong, I had to steady myself on a small bridge rail and use it like a tripod.
Great wave action! Looks really exciting! One thing you might like to do in post-processing is make sure that the horizon is straight - slightly difficult in a hurricane, and unfortunately I always manage to get a wonky horizon, which is why I look for it!
What a fantastic shot, Junan. I have done the same in windy times and anchored myself as a human tripod. Hope it all went well for you with Sandy. Sure was a huge tragedy. FAV for this photo.
