Driving past Davis Bay today and saw something emerge from the water- I was on the wrong side of the road, had to pull over, find the camera in my purse, wait for the traffic to clear and cross the highway, to find that whatever it was- whale or several dolphins- had moved south right into the flare of the sun. All I could do was snap several blind shots. This one at least shows a bit of a fin- I think! The sky was interesting so I decided to put the picture on 365!
Mystery is fun, but I do wish you could have gotten there a little earlier. That whole pesky not getting yourself killed thing certainly got in the way. It is a lovely shot with that little tinge of pink in the sky.
