We had a meet up in Woburn this morning to catch up and discuss our trip to Chicago in May. Whoopee not long now!! We met in the car park - Sarah @piximac and Rosie @rosekind and myself - sadly Donna was unwell and could not make it. Freezing cold and raining we beat a hasty retreat to the nearest coffee shop and had a lovely time!! We are all so excited about the upcoming trip when we will be meeting up with so many of our US 365 friends!! Who would have thought that when I started 365 4 years ago I would actually be going to Chicago to meet up with my friends!! I have to thank 365 and Ross @scrivener for a lot!!
After coffee and breakfast we decided to go back to Sarah's house and do some Splash photography which I was very keen to do. See my image in my extras for one of the results - I am so delighted!!
A lovely meet up despite the weather and we are trying to fit in a few more before Chicago.

I love the fun you are having with your fisheye. We'll definitely make a point to photograph in areas that lend themselves when you are here. Did you all come up with a 'special list' of places you are hoping to photograph?
@taffy I have asked the girls if they have any places but I think they are happy to go anywhere. We did do a list didn't we way back when we started talking about the trip. I will dig out the old emails. My big desire and Sarah also wanted to do this was to do night time shots of the Chicago city scape - something I don't have here and also something I haven't really done. I want to get some of your expertise on this!! I do want to do the boat on Lake Michigan and also the river boat. There is a spiral staircase somewhere and a Tiffany roof? I think we had these on our original list. I will find the old email. I am loving my fisheye and hope to get some use with it.
