2016 04 06 View from Appledore

Two shots from yesterday as the weather has changed and it has been gale force winds and very heavy showers. I took Finlay for a walk on the beach and it was a sand storm blowing.

We woke up this morning to no central heating or hot water. Tried to contact the owner all day leaving lots of messages on the answer phone. Finally contact made and she came round and managed to get the boiler working again BUT there is now water dripping from under the boiler!! We are waiting for a plumber to call on his way home from work. If he has to turn it all off then I think we will be going home tomorrow.

Many thanks for your great comments on my pics of Molly and Mary Jane - much appreciated.
Lovely view, composition and framing.

Beautiful B & W image. I do hope the plumber gets your boiler sorted and you don't have to cut short your holiday, what a shame.

Perfect for b&w - what a disaster though with the vacation time. Do hope they're able to do a quick fix.

Wonderful b&w Pam, that anchor in the foreground is very well positioned to grab attention immediately.
