A large pot of fuchsias still in flower hanging over a very grubby bird bath. It seems strange to see these in full bloom at this time of the year but it is just reflection how mild it has been.
As I am posting this the fireworks celebrating Guy Faulks Day are really getting going outside. My poor Finlay is having a nervous breakdown and won't stop barking!! I hate fireworks and think they should only be used in a formal display. The fireworks going off in the nearby gardens are large enough for display fireworks and the booms are echoing around the area. I fee so sorry for all the poor animals tonight as it is so cruel!!
Very pretty! I'm lucky to live where fireworks are completely banned, no matter what. Everyone who lives here understands the need for the total ban and abides by it. I'm glad, I don't have to worry about such things.
