Today Rosie and I visited Lincoln Park Zoo and had a wonderful time seeing all the animals. Many animals we were unable to get any decent photos of as they are in wired enclosures which I thought were quite small! So many shots to choose from! Today I changed the setting on my camera to shoot RAW plus a Jpeg so am hoping i will be able to upload tonight.

Very very sweet capture! And I agree, this is a zoo that makes me uncomfortable for the conditions of the animals in their small enclosures. I wish we could have gone to Brookfield instead!
What a sweet image! Heather took me to Brookfield only once as it was some distance, but we'd drop by LPZ frequently. Zoos are so well informed about their animals now a days, I trust they know what they're doing. Personally, I never felt uncomfortable there. I've seen bigger, of course, but I never thought it was cramped. I'm sure you had a good time. (Did you get over to the conservatory? Or did we go there before as a group?)
We learned to absolutely adore penguins when we were in the Antarctic a year ago. Love this shot. They are such cute and funny little guys. So curious.
