This is one of the beautiful lanes in the lovely village of Grassington. The main hill was full of people but I was lucky as I looked down this lane to capture it with no one walking along. One of the Yorkshire Dales beautiful villages.
Oh, I want and want and want to go there! Love the sense of place that your beautiful photo portrays. And I agree with @ukandie1 's comment about the totally British and not ounce Chicago, but unfortunately it doesn't remind me of summer vacations (yet).
This is beyond charming! It's simply beautiful, and I can only imagine how lovely it is to live there and step out the door and to look up and down the lane! It's the stuff of a lovely oil painting to hang in the living room!
