This is the third day running when George has ended up in the sink having a wash!! Today he was digging around my hydrangea which I have replanted from a tub on the patio. The soil is soft and black as it is the compost the plant was in. George kept running back to dig and bury his face in the soft soil!! I remember now that Finlay used to do this and dug into all my pots and ended up in the sink more times than I can count!! George was ok having his feet washed but he protested loudly when I tried to wash his face. He will learn who is in charge!! LOL!!
Another lovely walk meeting lots of dogs and people. George has shown no fear at the other dogs and seems to want to play with them which is what Finlay always did. We had a red letter moment when George peed for the first time outside on the walk!! Whooppeeeeee!! Mind you he came indoors after our long walk and went straight into his pen to poo (TMI I know) I just cannot wait for him to copy Finlay and do his business in the garden or on a walk. I can't remember how long this took with Finlay.
I hope you all enjoyed your New Year celebrations. We had a quiet night watching the TV and calming Finlay down when he heard the fireworks which were going off all evening from 4pm!! I hate fireworks!!
He's surely a Toy-Company model for Plush Pets!!! Every child should have one and they'll be in big demand!!! Puppies really do sell themselves, don't they?!!!
