Half and half - me

As I have no broadband I have to use my phone to upload images. I decided to have a play and find out how to blur the background when taking a portrait with this iPhone XR. So here we have my ugly mug as I had no other model and I decided to crop it to get my half and half for today! A closeup showing all my laughter lines with a blurred background! How clever is that! I love my new phone!

@golftragic my broadband was going so slowly I phoned Sky to find out what was wrong. Ended up switching to Fibre Optic which they promise will be faster! New hub came and we plugged it in and lost broadband completely even with old router! Hours on phone trying to sort it - 4 people later - grrr kept getting passed on on! Anyway it needs an engineer! We are off to Devon this Friday for a week so first time engineer can come is 6th June! Also upgraded my tv box so a different engineer is also coming on the same day!
All so frustrating! Luckily I can get WiFi on my iPhone through 4G so can upload and see 365 on phone!
All so boring but very frustrating!

@pamknowler Bloody heck Pam, what an unnecessary saga for you to deal with. But I do know exactly what you mean, same thing happens here. We're very fortunate at home because an HFC (cable) runs right down our street and provides us with very good and reliable broadband. Thanks to our pollies playing politics our supposedly wonderful National Broadband Network (NBN) has turned out to be a real dogs' breakfast.

@kjarn these are my other pair of Kath Kidson varifocals. These have flowers on the arms. My varifocal sunglasses are the same spotty frames as my other pair. I love glasses and would love to have lots of different frames to swing the changes! Sadly the ones I like are too pricy! Lol!
