Setting the trap

Yes the hedgehog is back! Well not sure if it’s one from last year who I took to animal rescue but as they said they release them near where they were found I think it may be. Mind you this one is huge! The dogs found it at 3am this morning (I couldn’t sleep in the heat and humidity and the dogs were suffering too) both dogs attacking it and George barking at top of his voice! I managed to catch it in the dustpan but didn’t know what to do with it at that time! I put him out the front of the house knowing he would probably be back in the garden before I got inside!
So out has come the trap which I will set tonight. I wonder if there is a pair like last year? If I catch him he will be released miles away in the country park or maybe Rosie might like a visitor? Lol!
LOL!! Sounds like you need to take the hedgie for a drive and leave him somewhere else. Glutton for being barked at methinks! Funny hedgie

Glad to see they're still about, think they're fast becoming endangered

Safer for the hedgehog I’m sure. I didn’t know you could trap a hedgehog!

Oh gee, good luck Pam. We've been trying to trap a possum that's been eating a beautiful climbing rose, no success so far.
