The hedgerows down here are full of the most beautiful flowers at the moment. Amongst all the bluebells are these lovely pink campion (called red campion when I checked it out). We had a wonderful walk along the lane yesterday as it had been raining heavily all day and the woods would be very muddy. I only had my iPhone but there were so many gorgeous flowers and plants - I must go out again with my macro lens.
When we were at our first farm I used to pick all the wild flowers like this & use them in the house, honestly they were far nicer than any bought bunch.....looked perfectly in keeping too.
