I am definitely in cooking mode at the moment! I made a lovely fruit salad with all the beautiful summer fruits but I thought it needed a little extra when I serve it up. So I have made meringues (Louise’s recipe) and I know I am going to have a lovely box full of gorgeous meringues which will last a few days- hopefully! Lol!
You really tagged this "Louise's recipe"!?!!! Must look! That's funny! Well, I AM envious that *someone* is making these.. "The Season" for sweet treats IMO runs from Sept through December!!! So tasty!
You have a top whack mixer!! Our granddaughter ha one if these in the pale green….can’t remember proper name. Funny how we have burst of enthusiasm for cooking.
