Anyone for conkers?

It was windy today and as we stood under the two huge Horse Chestnut trees at the country park it was raining conkers! George was chasing them as they landed. I think you would know all about it if one hit you on the head!

I love the glossy new conkers and was surprised when Barb was saying “ooh that’s a cheese cutter!” I didn’t know what she was talking about! Did you used to play conkers when you were young and also know the technical terms? 🤣
