Still in Yorkshire for today's shots - if only!! This is yesterday's little robin again when he jumped off the moss down to a puddle near the door of the cottage. I liked the way I could see him reflected.
Many thanks for all your wonderful comments and Favs on my shots - so very much appreciated as always.
I must say sorry for my lack of comments on your shots recently I am feeling very guilty about it. Life is very different for me now I have my sister living with me and it is difficult for me to spend as much time on 365 as I used to and as much as I would like. It is taking me a while to adjust to living with someone else - and someone who has no interest in photography!! I am sure there are many of you who will understand what I mean!! Anyway I hope to catch up with you all soon. I do look at all your photos and am blown away by most of them but it just takes up so much time to comment on them all.
Wonderful shot - Fav. I do understand what you mean as I don't seem to have time to comment on everyone's pics and I certainly have a hubby who doesn't understand how much time I spend on photography whether it is taking pics or commenting on others!
So charming and so beautifully done, such great dof and reflection, fav for me! I can understand your situation and why you can't spend as much time commenting as you would like. I hope your sister's back is improving.
@rosiekind@tristansmum Thanks for being so understanding - I really appreciate it!! Thanks for asking about my sister's back Stephanie she seems just as bad today. I wa hoping by now there would be an improvement but she is in a lot of pain when she moves. I think she should try to keep moving rather than sit down all the time but she is not listening to me!!
An instant fav Pam, you are the queen of Robin shots! Love the ruffled feathers and reflections. When my youngest daughter came to live with us as she has a long term illness, I found it odd to be in a family environment again, it does take time to settle in with each other and I am sure you are loving being together. You will just have to get her interested in photography, that's what happened with my husband and now he understands when I take a whole to compose a shot, well almost! I also feel guilty when I post and run but sometimes we just have to.
An instant fav for me. l fully understand about house dynamics changing,my son came home in November and it takes time to settle into a new routine. Comment where you can, life is busy for all of us, we understand.
