Prepared for any weather

You can rely on seeing some eccentric sights at the seaside and today was no exception. As we walked along in the hot sunshine (so unusual for September) this lady walked towards me with her umbrella up. As she passed by I saw she had her raincoat on too. Perhaps there was a rain cloud following her? LOL!!
