Such a lovely morning walk at Castle Ashby - well I loved it and so did the dogs. My sister Barbara does not like the cold and is not a photographer so was not very happy!! How can she not enjoy walking through these beautiful gardens? I should know from experience that if I want to take photos with my camera rather than quick snaps with my iPhone I should leave my sister at home. LOL!!
Lovely shot and worth the walk! I just end up taking quick shots with my phone most of the time as hubby doesn't like to keep stopping whilst on walks, although he is improving on this!
It’s stunning weather for a walk & a beautiful place....we are all different but not to like cold or camera dies make it a tad difficult for you....no hanging about then! My husband is the same, like to keep moving!
@rjb71 i have lots of shots from this viewpoint as I always take some whenever we go there for a walk. My sister said to me you already have a shot of this. She couldn’t understand when I tried to explain that each one was different depending on the sky and the light and in this case snow! She thinks I am mad! Lol!
I know exactly what you mean Pam. If I'm intent on getting some photos I'm best on my own or perhaps with a close friend who's also an avid photographer. When we do go out together we just each do our own thing and chat from time to time.
