Just back from a wonderful walk on Instow beach. Tide right out and only a couple of other dog walkers on the beach! Rain stopped and sun trying!
When we came in there was this tray of goodies waiting for us from Denise and Peter the owners of the cottage. Plus six eggs from her girls! How kind and generous they are! Scones, clotted cream, jam, Prosecco and chocolates! Wow what a feast!
That is amazing - scones and poppies for your birthday! I adore scones and jam - never had clotted cream - will have to try it next time I go to a tea room.
