Buxton Crescent - not my photo

I thought you might be interested to see this image of the beautiful Buxton Crescent. The photo was taken by my lovely friend Rachel who I have told you about recently as she has lost her memory and speech following an anaphylactic attack and asthma attack. I am so pleased to say that Rachel has made great progress with a lot of hard work and she definitely now remembers me again!! I am so pleased!!

Anyway Rachel is the official photographer covering the refurbishment of the Buxton Crescent. The officials asked for a photo showing the Crescent with snow but unfortunately there were orange barriers all around the front of the grey hoarding. Rachel was unable to remember how to clone out the orange so asked me if I could do it for her. I was so pleased to be able to clone it out in PS (the extent of my PS knowledge). Rachel is thrilled with the result.

I just wanted to share my happy news about Rachel's very slow recovery. Miracles do happen!!

The refurbishment has now been nearly completed I think and I am looking forward to staying in the 5/6 star hotel/spar at some time in the future. Better start saving as it will be very expensive!!
Hope Rachel will be better soon, not shot of hers

Lovely picture. I was unaware of the effects of this. Glad she is recovering, albeit slowly.

So happy your friend remembers you again...I’m sure given time Rachel will get back pretty much all her speech & memory. Our granddaughter works with patients with similar problems speech wise & it’s amazing how they co e on it time.
Rachel sure has an eye!

This looks amazing Pam. I'm trying to get to grips with photoshop elements but not making much progress. I can clone and crop and change the contrast a little. I would like to learn how to do more! I'm so glad your friend is making progres, albeit slowly!
