Sacred texts and Pirates

I can’t read most of them, but as I’ve traveled I seem to end up with Bibles in various languages, Chinese, German, Mayan.

Always interesting to have lots of different versions….they can be rather attractive to look at…all sizes too.

I remember looking over the Bibles my Korean friends in Seminary had and saying to them "There is no way I'd ever learn to read this! I'm having a tough enough time with Hebrew!" They thought that was the funniest thing to say. Honestly I don't know how they did it Hebrew to English to Korean or Hebrew to Korean to English depending on the class. I love the juxtaposition of the pirates and Bibles- and the little Ducky with the Ranger Joe hat on.
