Au dessus de Paris

This picture was taken from the Museum of Decorative Arts where we were for an exhibition's inauguration. I love the view of the Eiffel Tower, le Grand Palais, la Défense, la rue de Rivoli and les Tuileries. It's not very clear because it was taken behind very dirty glass but I rather not do photoshop.
Very nice view, the lighting gives it a nice soft, dreamy effect.

Brings back happy memories of our recent holiday there! Have you been to the Palais du Tokyo next door to here? Great modern art, very out there!
September 17th, 2010
@janeterry Palais de Tokyo is near the Trocadero (took pictures there 2 weeks ago, it's on my calendar!) and this is in the Louvre bulding. But yes I've been there and you're right nice modern art... very modern!!! :)

I really like the busy stretch of road to the right, sitting next to the Old Paris which hasn't changed in hundreds of years, kinda like the past and the present meeting.
