Frosty Morning by paul10

Frosty Morning

We had snow last night but by this morning it had hardened to frost. Still, it looked prettier than this image suggests (I really don't like it, though it might grow on me over time). I struggled to find the right composition on a few different images. Just one of those days I think, or maybe we just don't get enough snow around these here parts to practice wit :)

Thank you as always for your kind views and comments on my project :)
Lovely wintry scene Paul! So glad you finally got some snow!!

You're doing yourself a disservice Paul. It's a really nice shot. Kind of crisp and eerie with an 'entish' feel to it. Easy Fav ☺️

It's a good snowy scene Paul, and the snow is white too.

I just uploaded a view of the white morning from our living room. It does not look as desperate as yours. Yours is certainly more artistic, with those empty branches tending toward the sky. Perhaps it is just the different feeling of the photograpers!

Beautiful composition. The tree in just the right place. We missed out on all the snow in our small part of East Yorkshire. Very localised. Not sure that I am sad about that though.
