My entry in this weeks theme vintage, by the way this fellow belongs to my wife not me.
Muffin the Mule was a puppet character in British television programmes for children. The original programmes featuring the character were presented by Annette Mills, the first episode was broadcast in 1946, a little before my time.
@onewing Thanks Babs for your comments, unfortunately no box and her brother painted over it a few times, suspect be lucky to get a few pence if Jenny ever put it up for sale which I doubt:)
I forgot to say how much I like the way you lighted it, with soft light coming in from the right and casting a lovely shadow. Did you custom make that fancy light box?
@sfdeb Nothing so grand Deborar, I placed my roll of brown paper up the wall in the kitchen close to a window made a reflector out of baking foil screwed it up to defuse the natural light on the subject and set the camera on a along exposure 15 seconds at f16 simple as that:)
@novab Thank you so much Nova for you kind words, I was going to present it in B&W. but my wife said she liked it in coloou, as she loaned it to me thought I better comply:)
