Broad Canal Reflections

Met up with Jorlam today to capture reflections on glass and water in Huddersfield,
This image completes my third year with 365 Project, although I actually started on 1st January 2014 but lost 12 weeks in 2015 due to moving home.
Fabulous reflections, lines and composition. On to year 4, congrats on year 3!

Well done Peter, on both the completion of year 3 and with this fab image of the canal.. the PoV is superb, not one i could emulate today.. i'm loving the composition - all those lines converging on the loco bridge.. i like the slight ripple on the water, just disturbing the reflection a little, giving a fine sense of movement.

i enjoyed the dawdle round Huddersfield today, thank you for the company Peter.

@jorlam Thank you for your great comments Jorlam, must admit I cropped the left side a little to get the chimney on the right hand third to aid the composition, only you would know I was not standing in the canal to take the shot,
had a great time talking and walking with you today, just to let you know the camera will be in the post tomorrow:)

A perfect way to wind up a third year. Congratulations Peter. We started at virtually the same time, and I've been impressed with your dedication and consistency. I have so many gaps, starts and stops, and just plain voids, that my hat is off to you forever! Year 4 shall be even better!
