Lead Crystal Pattern by pcoulson

Lead Crystal Pattern

One of my hand cut 24% lead crystal whisky glasses, filled with a little malt whisky standing in the sunlight, captured through my macro lens with a little HDR to added flavour.
This could have made a good 'What's this?' shot! Nice shiny patterns but are you sure it was only a 'little' malt whisky..... Ray would approve - is a whisky connoissseur.

What a fabulous pattern it makes. Nothing like a spot of whisky to help you recuperate.

@leggzy Thank you for finding the time to comment, it was taken with a macro lens if I scaled it up my glass would have been as big as a bucket, lol:)

@onewing Sorry Babs thought I had responded to you, thanks for your comments and yes whisky does help recuperation, at the hospital this afternoon to have the surgical clips and stitches removed, surgeon says I can ride my mountain bike as an aid to recovery but don't ride up very steep hills to start with, does he not realise I couldn't before the accident, lol :)

@pcoulson ha ha know the feeling. stick to riding on the flat. I asked the doctor if I would be able to play the piano when my wrist healed after I had fractured it and he said that I should be able to. I said "That'll be good because I couldn't play before", ha ha.
