@novab Thank you Nova, my lens was approximately 100mm/ 4ins from the bee it was a breezy day had to up the ISO and speed to get the clarity:)

@quietpurplehaze Lovely capture, Peter/ Yes, the breezes are a macro photographer's nemesis. I've actually thought about using 2 pieces of Plexiglas put together at a right angle to stop the breezes and let the light in. Perhaps that would be cheating, but I just get set up for a nice photo and along comes the breeze.

@stefneyhart Thank you for your wonderful comments Stef they are much appreciated, its not cheating to aid the shot your after, I've often placed an object in front or be hind the subject to aid the shot, I was told a long time ago the camera never lies but the photographer often does:)
