Not S/C

This is not selective colouring in the normal way, it was produced in my camera using a picture effect filter called partial colouring, I selected it to capture yellow everything else is captured in monotones, by the way these are wild Crocuses growing at the side of a wood, BoB
Excellent.

Nicely done Peter. That looks like a fun filter that I will have to try. You are teaching me so many things I didn't know about the A7!

@stray_shooter Thanks Ron I think I've played with most menu's in the camera, I shoot RAW and Manual Meter settings most of the time, but for this effect it needs to be set for jpeg only, go into the menu with the camera icon section 1 select Quality and change to Extra fine, then still in the camera menu scroll to option No 6 Picture effect- scroll down through the effects to the icon Part then using the left or right on the navigation wheel select the colour required its as simple as that :)

@pcoulson

Well thank you, Peter as the theme for our photo group soon is rubbish. Had forgotten about that shot. (It was the word 'partial' used instead of 'selective' colour which confused me,)

Sue
Nice shot and thanks for sharing the way you achieved it. Not sure if my camera does that, but I will have to investigate
