This is not selective colouring in the normal way, it was produced in my camera using a picture effect filter called partial colouring, I selected it to capture yellow everything else is captured in monotones, by the way these are wild Crocuses growing at the side of a wood, BoB
@onewing Thank you Bas it was an easy image to achieve once I found the Crocuses just set the camera on yellow partial colour then hey presto yellow selective colouring straight out of the camera:)
@stray_shooter Thanks Ron I think I've played with most menu's in the camera, I shoot RAW and Manual Meter settings most of the time, but for this effect it needs to be set for jpeg only, go into the menu with the camera icon section 1 select Quality and change to Extra fine, then still in the camera menu scroll to option No 6 Picture effect- scroll down through the effects to the icon Part then using the left or right on the navigation wheel select the colour required its as simple as that :)
@quietpurplehaze Yes Hazel it was due to one of your images that prompted me to find the Picture Effects menu in the first place and have a go, thanks for your comments they are always appreciated:)
Well thank you, Peter as the theme for our photo group soon is rubbish. Had forgotten about that shot. (It was the word 'partial' used instead of 'selective' colour which confused me,)
