Set my camera on high black and white and this is the result straight out the camera. an image of Cartwright Hall in Lister Park Bradford.

i can see why this beautiful building appealed to you Peter.. that glancing light really brings out some of the textures in the stonework, really well. i like the inclusion of the beds, they place it in it's environment very nicely.. lovely long shadows too..

Thank you for your wonderful comments Jorlam, I do seem to return again and again to this magnificent building and park, I had to play in Photoshop to bring back some detail in the shadows created by the harsh sunlight:)
