My Friday people this week is Alvaro the film crew drone cameraman doing a promotional video at the holiday complex in Spain see https://365project.org/pcoulson/365-4/2017-05-09
Alvaro trained in Spain as a film and stills cameraman and has only taken up drone flying video camera work in the last 18 months, Alvaro said he only works around Europe and just loves the job and the variety of work every day is different. (posting early going away for a busy weekend, internet access will be limited will catch up Monday)
@quietpurplehaze Thank you for both your comment and Fav, Hazel, the sun was very strong so got in close and personal to reduce the effect on his face, the results of the drone filming was very impressive we viewed the footage on a laptop in the bar, Alvaro had asked me if I would like to view the results of his work I jumped at the chance:)
Great portrait Peter. I looked at a drone $2500 and decided nice but not within my budget. The electronics store owner told me he had just been to trade training and there was a man there from out west that bought 20 of them.Checking fences,Water troughs, wind mills, cattle etc. They all have return to base if they get lost.Much cheaper than hiring workers !!!
What a great photo Peter. You are very good at getting a good portrait. I always just shoot quickly, then realise later I could have done a much better job
@peterlgrave Thank you for your interesting comments and Fav. Peter the expensive type are used everywhere by professionals for TV documentaries and news, surveys, surveillance both by the police and military to name just a few applications:)
@suesouthwood Thank you very much Sue. I don't like to rush any shots but of cause you can't push your luck with a stranger after they have given you some of their precious time:)
