Peter, that is a gorgeous rose - love the depth of colour.. the out of focus backdrop looks like a well filled border and looks good here.. a fine PoV too..

@jorlam Thank you for your great comments Jorlam, it was a bit of a stretch across the rose bed to get the perspective and diagonal composition I was after but still well worth the effort:)
