oct18words - Mirror Image
Just a bit of fun and to be different I wanted my mirror image not to include my camera in the shot, this was achieved by clamping an old mirror into my workmate placed in the garden and with my camera on a tripod about 45 degrees to the right of the face of the mirror, all I had to do then was make sure I was looking through the mirror directly into the camera lens and remotely trigger the camera.
Seems to me that photography needs a high level of problem-solving skills Peter! You clearly have them in abundance!! Great shot it turned out to be too, nice to see you :-)
@365anne Thank you for your lovely comment Anne, its nice to put faces to a name, hope it wasn't to much of a shock, lol, I was an Electrical Design Engineer and problem solving was a big part of my work, finding engineering solutions to the problem I loved it:)
@quietpurplehaze Thank you so much for your comment Hazel, as a man I never choose colours to go together this was by pure chance I only put this top on as its a nice day, lol:)
@Weezilou Now that's a very interesting observation Louise, looking into the mirror I see an old man that's much older than the one I feel inside with many more wrinkles and less hair, lol:)
@novab Thank you Nova for your lovely comment, not only did I not want my camera in the shot I wanted to include an uncluttered background hence the setup in my garden and not in the house:)
