@onewing Thank you Babs, its Jennys arm my hand and a modelling syringe used for measuring glues, the needle was a solid metal rod only pressed against her arm for effect:)
The unabashed view of the needle entering the body is quite drastic. The reduction to b&w is very good for this topic. That increases the effect.
Did you "vaccinate" with your left hand and took pictures with your right hand? Seems daring to me.
Fabulous picture.
Yikes! That's a good size dose and syringe! Being a Type 1 diabetic, I can't afford to have such fears. Before getting a pump I used to have to do this 4 to 5 times a day. You learn real quick. Awesome shot for the theme!
@jerome Thank you for your comment Jerome, it was all setup not even a surgical syringe and the arm was my wifes my left hand on the syringe right on my camera shutter:)
@stray_shooter Thank you for the interesting comment Ron, I have a niece and sister-in-law that have to self inject medication, I could not image doing that but needs must, OMG. 4 to 5 times a day, great to hear you have a better way to take your medication now:)
