My breakfast this morning, you see I shared the fruit picked yesterday with my wife

@louannwarren you see Lou Ann I shared the Raspberrie with my wife she had two I had one plus added some strawberries for our garden.

Guess I'm hungry (dinner is cooking) because this looks yummy!

@louannwarren This is my typical breakfast, a bowl of Tropical Granola a banana and fresh fruit with semi skimmed milk, washed down with a glass of fresh orange juice and finished off with a cup of tea:)

tasty shot, it is certainly a good breakfast, healthy to start the day, especially if the fruit is fresh
