Trail Running

One of my new off road trial running shoes my entry in this weeks theme shapes, the tread patterned soles designed for grip over soft ground and mud will be tested at a 5 km run at the weekend.
They do have very unique shapes (and fab colour) there Peter and have fun trying them out. :)

5K?!? I'm impressed. Nice detail and a fond farewell to clean shoe bottoms.

@terryliv Ha Ha its only 3 miles cross country once a week just to keep the knees and heart working Terry, my car would not make it over the rough terrain anyway, lol:)

such boundless energy Peter.. there must be easier ways of working it off.. just the thought is enough to leave me exhausted, lol.
i like the quirkiness of your object - it does have a good pattern and the blue is a good contrast to the lime green..
