An appointment in London meant I had the opportunity to walk through Borough Market again (see shot for 31st July). This chap caught my attention...

@nicolecampbell Haha! In the UK, the tail of this fish is often used to make "scampi". So, lots of people eat it without knowing! And the filets do taste good (if you eat fish generally).
