Reminds me of the Roux Brothers orange tart I used to do years ago......simmer slices till tender, changing the water to get rid of bitterness then simmer in sugar syrup to sweeten, use to top the tart...and all that jazz!! Lovely lighting....what you doin' with 'em?
Love the sparkle of the juice, they look very appetising. I think you should suggest you do their advertising at the market - I feel they would do very well.
