@philcameron59 Phil, as I was in a rush before the holiday, this is just the odds and ends from the fridge. However, I will be using the courgettes for a bacon and courgette orzo dish this evening! And, just to add background, the courgettes are grown by a friend, which is why they're not straight!!!
